Sponsorship

At Health Share, we collaborate with local organizations that share our mission and support our members. Sponsorships are one way we strengthen these partnerships to improve community health and well-being for our members.

Eligibility for sponsorships is guided by our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHP) and informed by our Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA). These tools help us focus resources where they matter most.

We consider applications from tax-exempt, community-based organizations that directly serve Health Share members in Clackamas, Washington, and/or Multnomah Counties. If your event is designed to benefit members - you may be eligible for sponsorship funds. Apply today!

How to Apply

Our sponsorship team reviews all requests to ensure timely support.

Please submit your request early and at least 60 days before your event to allow time for review and funding.

Important: Approval does not guarantee the full amount requested. The committee determines funding levels for each organization based on available resources and alignment with our priorities.

We consider sponsorship requests in the following areas:

  • Community events that support members of Health Share of Oregon

  • Culturally specific events including BIPOC, disability and LGBTQ+ focused community events serving Health Share members

  • Activities that promote community health initiatives of tax-exempt organizations

  • Our focus for 2026 is on initiatives and events that provide direct service to Health Share of Oregon Members

    • Health Resource Fairs

    • Medical Outreach Events

    • Vaccination Events

    • OHP Outreach Events
